Hydrolyzed Lecithin Liquid

Hydrolyzed Soy Lecithin is a modified form of Liquid Lecithin where the maximum phospholipids content of Lecithin is converted into Lyso Phospholipids. Due to its higher hydrophilic properties, it gets excellent solubility in water.

This makes it a suitable choice for animal feed and nutrition. Hydrolyzed Soy Lecithin provides better absorption of all nutrients and thus gives better growth to poultry and aquatic life. Hydrolyzed Soy Lecithin is also used as a raw material in several food applications where oil in water emulsions are required.
